Optimal production conditions and intensive control measure guarantee a high quality level as well as constancy of our supplied toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges. Nevertheless once an error should have to be deplored, it is our goal to repair the lack as soon as possible or to cause other one remedy. In order to avoid time- and information delays, we need all relevant supply- and product specifications. It belongs to our firm philosophy to analyze each lack carefully. Thus in the future identical problems are to be avoided. A precondition important for it is a good co-operation with our Customers and subcontractors.
